Facility Rentals
Dear Potential Renter,
Thank you for your interest in renting with the Town of Amherst at the Williamsville Youth & Family Center at 5005 Sheridan Drive, Williamsville NY 14221. Below you will find rental request paperwork, and a brochure with all the information you may need for your rental with the Town of Amherst. The building can allow large events (up to 75 people), fundraisers, small parties and family events. One side of the building holds up to 45 people, the other side is for up to 75. ALL RENTALS REQUIRE A CERTIFICATE OF LIABILITY naming the Town of Amherst as an additional insured. There are no exceptions to this rule. No alcohol or smoking is permitted in the building or on the grounds.
After filling out your rental request paperwork and returning it to [email protected], you will be contacted about the rental and if your requested date is open. Please DO NOT assume your date is available; it must be confirmed on the phone or in person first. Feel free to EMAIL FIRST to [email protected] or call 716-633-6773 and see there is the date you need. Emailing will have the quicker reply. Building rentals are required to be paid for and insured by the renter a minimum of two weeks before the date of the event.
