Middle School Nights!
The coffee house (named "Melissa's Coffehouse" and dedicated to youth advocate Melissa Chudy), mini-gym and Main hall are open! The big-screen tv will have a sporting game on (or a movie or a Wii game), there's usually dodgeball in the mini-gym, 4-square, foosball, a DJ and arts & crafts are happening in the main hall, and free wi-fi is available everywhere in the building. Other than the snack bar everything is free! (water fountain also available).

Meet your Middle School Night Coordinator!

Picture
Gina Nasca

Hello all, my name is Gina Nasca and I am the Coordinator for Middle School Nights! I graduated from the University at Buffalo with my B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and then next with my MBA from UB. I've been a camp counselor through the Town of Amherst and am currently employed at MOOG. I began volunteering at Middle School Nights through the YES program in 2011, where I was consistently awarded the Gold and Presidential awards for my commitment to volunteering in the town. Ever since then, I have made it my goal to continue the improvement of Middle School Nights. Working with kids so frequently, you really see how you can make such an impact on their lives and it is just amazing to see these kids grow up into such amazing people throughout the years. However, it also shows how much of a responsibility it is to keep up all your hard work and to never give up. I do not find that as a hindering, but moreover a promise to keep trying to improve Middle School Nights for the upcoming years. I hope to see you all there!
